No guarantee limitation in the use of alternative toners!
In the past, printer manufacturers or their service technicians spread the mistaken belief that the warranty of the printer goes out through the use of alternative products.
As a result, many end users and retailers are confused, because of different information about the impact of alternative products to guarantee their printers.
We would like to disprove this:
A statement from a "Care Pack service descriptions" of Hewlett Packard:
"The use of ink cartridges from other manufacturers or refillable cartridges does not restrict the coverage for printer service. If the printer failure or damage can be attributed to the use of ink cartridges from other manufacturers or refillable cartridges, HP will charge the service cost for the repair of the printer (such as labor and material to the applicable HP terms and conditions)."

"Stiftung Warentest" clarified all outstanding questions on the topic: “Do I void the warranty on the printer when I do not use original cartridges? “ This once again confirms that the choice of toner cartridges does not constitute a warranty violation.
Use of TRS products will not void the warranty of the original equipment manufacturer. We guarantee that the TRS products will not damage or prematurely wear out your equipment. But, if there is a problem with the device through the use of our products, we will bear the cost.
